Moruya River
Moruya River is still fishing well, with Team Tackle World VIP
member Tom enjoying some great sessions off Moruya Bridge of an
evening landing nice flathead, tailor and bream all on Squidgy
Bloodworm soft plastics. Head around to the "moored" boats
for some good catches of bream.
Tuross
Team Tackle World member Noel finally got to launch his boat
after major heart problems for the past 8 months to enjoy a great
catch and release session on flathead, catching 29 with six being
around 42 cm, one 60 cm and a 68 cm. All fish were caught on
Squidgy Wrigglers Red Rum. Great to see you back on the water
Noel!!
Beaches and Rocks
Their back and working a treat!! Team Tackle World members
Nathan and Juzz headed down to Goulburn Workers the other afternoon
and caught 60 plus large Salmon (thrown back) between 3-4 kg, all
within a 2.5 hour session on Arma Anchovies! VIP member
Cruiser also headed out early in the morning and enjoyed a similar
experience.
Drummer is still being brought in off the headlands as well as
good sized tailor as well.
Offshore
Captain Ron onboard Winda Woppa I and II headed out on Wednesday
to enjoy good catches of snapper and mowies all within the 40-45
metre mark. The water temperature is currently sitting at
16.5 degrees celsius with a slight northerly current running. Team
Tackle World member Spider headed out on Monday and once again sat
off Pedro for some excellent catches of Snapper off both fish bait
and Shimano Lucanus Jigs.
