Hey Guys - the weather has continued to be beautiful down here
but a bit of a change has come thru today - hopefully it'll be gone
in time for the school holidays to start! Here goes for this
weeks fishing report.
Moruya and Tuross
Good numbers of luderick are being caught along the rock walls
at the entrance to Moruya river.
The usual flathead, bream, salmon and tailor are still being
caught both down the front and further up the back of the system in
Tuross as well.
Beaches and Rocks
Our trusty salmon are still holed up in the gutters off the
beaches, with drummer still being pulled in off the rocks.
Pedro is producing some very big bream at the moment, with
Broulee and Potato Point also fairing well.
Offshore
There here!! The bluefin and yellowfin are out on the
shelf in good numbers. So much so that we have had to
up our supply of IQF Pillies to meet demand. If you're
heading out after these guys make sure you give us a ring to order
your share of Pillies so we can put them aside for you.
Captain Ron onboard Winda Woppa I and II reports that the water
temperature is currently sitting around 16.2 degrees celcius, with
virtually no current to speak of. Good catches of snapper
have been had in 25 m of water, with the mowies further out in 40
m. Good bluefin and mako's are out in 80 fathoms.
New in store are our Draconian Polarimage video Glasses - you
catch and release guys are going to love these! No more
