Hey Guys - hope everyone has had an enjoyable week! Here goes
for this weeks report
Moruya
Good luderick and bream are still being caught down the front of
the system, while our ever present tailor are still responding well
to both pillies and metal slices. Trevally as well as big
tailor are being brought in off the "wall" at the moment.
Tuross
Team Tackle World member, Dickie had an excellent session on the
water the other day enjoying a huge catch and release session on
both perch and bream. The bream responding best to Berkley
Big Eye Blades, while the perch preferred Jazz Zappers surface
lures.

Good catches of bream out of Bumbo have also been reported off
fresh bait.
Beaches and Rocks
The Broulee and Rosedale areas are enjoying great catches of
drummer, while most beaches in the area are producing catches of
bream, large tailor and blue groper.
Offshore
Captain Ron onboard Winda Woppa had a big day out on Wednesday
landing plenty of snapper, mowies, pigfish and sharks out in the
40-45 metre mark. The water temperature is currently sitting
on 18.9 degrees celcius with a mild current. Bait of choice -
fish bait and squid. However, heading into the clearer,
shallower water the Shimano Lucanus jigs absolutely dominated
snapper catches!
Congrats to Captain Ron who is now a proud grandfather once
again to a beautiful baby girl - Pheebie born in Moruya Hospital on
Thursday. Mum and baby doing well. Welcome to the
industry Pheebie!!
